Hi and welcome! I’m so glad that you’ve found your way on to this meditation series in partnership with my friends, Nutrivive. I began practicing yoga and meditation in my late teens. Having experienced serious injury and overwhelming anxiety in my 20’s, I have since used this experience to shape and deepen my personal mindfulness practice. I am passionate about mental health and giving people the tools to help themselves through sometimes incredibly difficult times. 

My hope is to support you on your own mindfulness journey towards a deeper understanding and connection with your own mind and body. If you wish to work with me, I offer both 1-2-1 and group online sessions (also available as gift options).
